Can I buy Support without Insights?

Yes. They're separate products with separate pricing. Most customers start with one.

Does the price change as my business grows?

No. Your plan is a flat monthly fee. It changes when you choose a different plan, not when you have a good quarter.

What happens after the demo?

We send you a short written summary of what we found, whether or not you buy. If you want to go ahead, you start a 7-day free trial — no card to begin, and nothing charged until you choose a plan.

How long does setup take?

Most accounts connect in under ten minutes and show real data the same day. Support takes longer — plan a few days to review and approve your answer library.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans run to the end of the term. Your data is exportable at any time, and deleted on request.

Do you offer a discount for annual billing?

Yes — two months free on any plan paid annually.
