# ChannelHawk AI

> Connected business intelligence for multi-channel commerce. ChannelHawk joins
> commerce, accounting, advertising and analytics data into one reconciled view,
> answers plain-language questions about it, and produces a ranked list of
> recommended actions. It also offers an AI customer-support assistant grounded
> in the business’s own approved policies and documentation.

ChannelHawk AI is sold as two products on one shared platform:

- **ChannelHawk Insights** — one reconciled view of the business, plain-language
  questions answered with the numbers and their sources, and a prioritised list of
  actions with estimated impact. For owners, operators and marketing managers.
- **ChannelHawk Support** — an AI customer-support assistant that answers only from
  the customer’s approved knowledge, applies guardrails, and hands off to a human
  rather than guessing. For support leads and service teams.
- **ChannelHawk Platform** — the shared connection, permission and AI layer both
  products are built on.

## Data handling

- Connections use each platform’s official authorization flow, request the narrowest access the platform allows, and are revocable at any time.
- Business data is never used to train AI models when the AI runs on ChannelHawk’s keys or the workspace’s own API keys. AI providers receive the data a task needs (often totals; sometimes the orders a question is about), never access tokens or passwords.
- When a customer connects their own Claude or ChatGPT account (the desktop app or the Claude and ChatGPT connectors), that provider’s terms for their account apply, including its training settings.
- From orders, only the ship-to state/province and country are stored, and an approximate location (within a few km); no postal code or city is kept — no customer names, emails, phone numbers or street addresses.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest. A database per workspace.
- A data processing agreement covering sub-processors, international transfers and data subject rights is published at https://channelhawk.ai/dpa.

Flat monthly pricing, published at https://channelhawk.ai/pricing. Every paid plan has a 15-day free trial; annual billing gives two months free. No percentage of revenue, no per-connector charge, no setup fee.
